In order to purchase products at www.alinagrinpauka.com you must fill in your personal information, such as name, surname, email and delivery address. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an invoice on your email. When your payment has been confirmed, we will immediately send you the selected items.

Delivery

The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time.

We ship our packages via Latvian Postal Service. Orders are prepared within 1 day for shipping and will be at your home in:

3-6 days (Latvia)
7-10 days (Europe)
2-4 weeks (Rest of the world)
Please note that when shipping to outside of Europe the order will have to go through the customs authority for clearance - this is not included in the approximate delivery time.

At your request, we can send you goods by express delivery via courier companies (Omniva & TNT).
Orders are prepared within 1 day for shipping and will be at your home in:

1-2 work days (Latvia)
6-8 work days (Europe)
6-8 work days (Rest of the world)

All goods are sent from Latvia, Riga and can be shipped worldwide.
We carefully pack goods in protective boxes or tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition.
