Dreamy, dramatic headpieces were imprinted on my memory since I saw Valentino Couture 2018 fashion show.
Feathered hats in multiple hues, worn by fragile muses in beautiful gowns, resembled exotic birds. Tangible and ephemeral at the same time, like a dream.
In a fashion illustration, I have represented my interpretation of this fabulous element of the collection. It is an attempt to catch a sense of freedom and sensuality with bold chaotic brush strokes, focusing on the pose and graphics component.
Headpieces were designed for Valentino by Philip Treacy.
